Dear Paul,
After having dinner with relatives that recently built a custom home in the Pittsburgh area, and hearing about their not-so-good building experience, John and I realized that we should have sent this letter to you much sooner. Our relative's experience was the complete opposite of what we experienced with you.
We built our home in The Reserve two years ago and there has not been a day that has gone by that we haven't commented on the craftsmanship of our home and the first-class building experience that we had with you, your company, and all of your employees.
This was our first experience building a custom home, and I was completely surprised at how easy and uncomplicated the process was - Thank you! From the lot purchase, throughout the building process, to when you handed us our set of keys, and even now, your standard of building and level of customer service has far exceeded any expectation of what we could have ever hoped for. You and your employees always answered our calls and took time out to explain the different building processes and stages, and made sure that the construction was exactly what we wanted and expected.
We have always appreciated your excellent service. I can remember calling and asking you if you would water my newly installed lawn when John and I couldn't make it into town and it was no problem. When I would call for service after our home was built you always had one of y our employees at my home within an hour. And when we had been in our home for over a year-long after our home warranty expired, I called your son Chris and he came over to help us with a minor item the Saturday after Thanksgiving! You should be proud, I'm sure there are not many builders that can add that to their resume.
For many people (including me and John), building a custom home is the biggest purchase that will be made in a lifetime and there is a sense of satisfaction knowing that it was a truly wonderful experience and that everything went better than planned.

Paul,
I just wanted to write a letter letting you know how pleased we are with our house one year after the finished product. As you know, this is the 2nd house that we have had you build for us and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship, the overall quality and value that we got for our money in this house. As we moved from the house that you built for us in Creekside to our new home in Whispering Woods, it was easy to stick with you on this second home building project! I would definitely have you build for us again, although, that will hopefully be many years down the road when we move into a patio home!
We enjoyed working with you, Donny, Kyle and Chris as we moved through the phases of building, your family has a great team approach and they are very easy to work with. Paul, the most important thing to me in choosing you to build 2 homes for me and my family is the honesty that you displayed from final negotiations to the day you finished and the foll up there after. When you promised something you always came through without question. One instance that sticks out to me was when a window by the manufacturer had a VERY SLIGHT flaw in it. The flaw was so slight that I really didn't notice ... but when you did a walk through, you did, and although I said it really didn't matter to me, you still had it replaced! This is because you and your family care about the work and the finished product that you put your name on!
In this tough economy, people need the value and quality that you provide in building a new home. I am very much a believer in that as well, and if you have anyone with an interest in having you build a home for them, I would be glad to talk with them and discuss the great experience that I have had with Paul Luciano Builders! We love our new home!

Dear Paul,
Thank you for building our retirement dream home in Millcreek Township. Building a custom home plan with you & your sons, while we were living in Ohio, was not only easy but enjoyable. We truly appreciate your professional building skills & integrity as well as your ability to price a custom plan & build it as drawn. When there was a mistake, it was promptly acknowledged & resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Your service skills, friendly employees & subcontractors made the experience an easy one for us. Special thanks go to Chris for our vintage style T&G sun room ceiling & specialty trim, to Kyle for making our chimney design a reality & to Dave & George for follow up on warranty work. We have many friends in the trades & they have all been very complimentary regarding your overall quality. Even our closing attorney had nice things to say about your straightforward approach to the building business. Although we hope to be planted in the back yard, we would definitely contact you if we decide to build another home in Erie.

A lot of people tell horror stories about how difficult it is to build a home and deal with the contractor. Well, that was certainly no the case with us. Dear Paul, Kyle, Chris and Don,
My wife and I would like to thank each of you for your hard work and dedication during the past year. We love our new home, and now that we are finally settled we are beginning to enjoy sharing our new home with our friends and family.
Paul, we know you don't know this but when we were talking to you about building our new home we also talked to two other well known area builders. Our experience was that you were head and shoulders above the competition. You listened to what we had to say, and responded promptly after each contact. In short, you made the decision to build our new home very easy. Several of our friends have asked if we would ever build another custom home again, as they have all heard the horror stories about building. We have repeatedly said that the building process for us went very smoothly, and we wouldn't hesitate doing it again with you as our builder.
Paul, your caring nature has certainly been passed down to your sons. Kyle and Chris handled every issue that came up through the building process without any hesitation. If I ever had any concern or question - I was confident that Kyle would take care of it. Chris did a great job at replicating the woodwork details that we asked of him, and Don did a great job at satisfying our demands with the site work.

After looking at many different houses and builders, it seemed obvious to us that we wanted to have our house built by Luciano Builders. All of you were so easy to work with, it made the process of building our dream home less stressful. If there was ever a problem, it was always taken care of right away. Dear Paul,
My wife and I were one of the first residents in your developing neighborhood "The Reserve at Creekside." Before the home was even constructed we knew the area was absolutely perfect for us. It was wooded, and quiet and didn't have the feel of a new subdivision. Even after our neighbors homes were constructed around us the quiet solitude remained. Many of the original trees were left standing, and the lot size and shape offered substantial privacy.
Regarding our home itself, the workmanship is superior. If we ever had, or have a question or concern you are immediately available, and always more-than-willing to resolve issues.
Our home is everything we could've wanted, and we plan to enjoy many, many years in it. Thanks you for your dedication to your profession. It shows in everything you do.
